The purpose of this document is to explain how to reset your password if you're unable to login to the Student Portal.
We encourage you to watch this video covering the Password Reset process. If you're unable to watch video or are still unsure how to reset your password, please follow the detailed instructions below.
Go to https://students.ashworthcollege.edu
Click on the Recover it here link.
The following screen will appear. Enter the Email Address that's associated with your Student Account as your Student Account. Click on Submit.
You'll see the following screen with a message verifying that a Password Reset Link has been to sent to your Email Address.
Check your Email for the Password Reset Link. The Email is entitled Password Reset Request. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the Email to arrive.
Click on the Password Reset link. You'll see the following screen. Please enter your new password. If the Password Reset link has has expired, please request your password again following the steps above.
